Stainless Steel Bent Pitch Mark Repair Tool - Engraved / Marked 1 Side

You can choose to personalise these quality stainless steel pitch mark tools using engraving / marking onto 1 side to put your text or logo onto the pitch tool.

In general we charge the same for text or logo's to be engraved or marked unlike many other suppliers that increase pricing for logo's significantly.

Logo Personalisation

To enable us to engrave or mark your logo to the best possible standard we require that you provide a file format in either eps or .ai as these vector file formats enable the best result.

If you do not have these file formats we can re draw your logo and create them. Please select the image re draw option if you need us to do this.

We will centre the logo unless otherwise agreed.

Text Only Personalisation

For best results with text only we recommend 1 or 2 lines of text and please also state the text font you require in the relevant box..

We will centre the text unless otherwise agreed. Try to keep the number of characters as mimimal as possible as the more text the smaller they will need to be to fit on the tool.

As a guide please try not to exceed 18 characters including spaces per line.

Laser Engraving versus Marking

Laser Engraving takes your text or image deeper into the material where laser marking is much less deep but depending on the complexity of your design will determine what gives the best result. We use state of the art machines and the development of laser technology has enabled the same machines to be used for laser marking and engraving and our laser engineers will suggest which method will best meet your design requirements. We provide artwork for your approval prior to personalising the pitch mark tools.

Why Stainless Steel?

Stainless steel provides a better quality base metal than cheaper steels and as a result the engraving tends to be sharper and of course will not rust which is a down side of mild steel.

Stainless steel also looks better than many of the cheaper plated pitch fork repair tools and over time and with use the plating tends to discolour and flake off.

Pitch Mark Tool Size Guide and Personalised Layout

Outside dimensions of the stainless steel pitch mark tool are approximately 74mm x 16mm x 2mm.

Unless otherwise agreed we will engrave on the face as shown in the image which shows forks pointing upwards towards you and towards 9 o clock with text reading towards 3 o clock away from the forks.

Lead Time

We will provide artwork for your approval prior to engraving / marking and lead time is typically 2 to 4 weeks from artwork approval and payment which we require with order and subject to stock.

Powder Coating Option

We also offer powder coating options to add the colour of your choice and make this essential tool stand out which can also be engraved / marked if required.
