Delivery Charges and Information
Delivery Outside of the UK
Please note most couriers now for UK exports will charge the recipient for taxes and fees that are due.
If you require your order to be exported from the UK you must accept that further taxes, fees and charges direct from the courier will need to be paid by you and you cannot charge this back to Golf Tee Store.
We cannot pay these for you as the couriers in general will not allow this.
The carriage fees we charge on this web site will not include vat, taxes, import charges, administration fees etc.and in many cases these fees may cost more or many times more that the cost of the goods.
You must be aware of this when ordering as it is at your risk when placing an order. We strongly suggest you contact us before placing the order so that we can quote the most attractive carriage costs as these vary a lot between couriers.
Delivery Charges UK
For shipment we select either the Royal Mail postal service or a courier and our charges are based on the size and weight. These charges often vary so cannot give a fixed sum but on the cart after you order there is a delivery box which will show you the delivery charge.
If the dimensions of the shipment are larger than a carrier will accept we will contact you to explain the options.
Please note delivery charges do vary as does the cost of the packaging so all prices may be changed without notice.
General
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated in the product description. Delivery for many items is 5 to 10 working days but may take 10 to 20 working days in busy periods or if suppliers shipments are delayed (UK and overseas suppliers). However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.Customers who use our Courier Delivery service MUST provide a delivery address where the order can be accepted and signed for. i.e. your home, a neighbour or your workplace. Please note some products require 8 to 12 week delivery times and we will notify you on this web site or in person if this is the case. Should faster delivery be required it is usually possible to organise part shipment for an additional charge.
Delivery times shown relating to product delivery are for the UK only. If products are required to be shipped outside the UK then this will take longer depending on the quantity of the products and where in the world the items are being shipped to.
