If you have received (and on inspecting the returned goods we agree) faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods we will offer to exchange the goods or offer a full refund for the cost of the goods. We will provide details of the postage method to be used for the return on receipt of your request to return an item.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way or wish to return or exchange a product, email sales at golfteestore dot co dot uk with full details of the situation so we can try and resolve the problem to your satisfaction and provide details on how to proceed.
Please do not try to return goods without contacting us first and gaining our approval as this negates the returns policy.
You are required to contact us within 7 Calendar days from when you received the goods and then to return the goods to us within 14 days
after making contact to avoid voiding the policy.
Goods that you wish to return must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received them.
If we have charged and provided you with artwork then this is not refundable.
Please note that personalised or customised items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty.
