Should any product when received not work correctly we will at our discretion:
a) Replace the products; or
b) Repair the products; or
c) Give the Buyer a credit for the price paid for the product.
Such guarantee does not apply to failure caused by misuse, damage or fair wear and tear of the product.
The customer is responsible for paying for and providing appropriate carriage to return faulty goods.
Delivery times vary depending on stock levels but unless mentioned otherwise please allow up to 4 weeks but hopefully this is the worst case and typically 1 to 2 weeks is more likely.
